How It All Began

It all started in 1989. Two guys with one goal: to build something of their own. The early years were anything but easy. They did everything themselves, getting to know every aspect of the business: winning clients, managing staff, working night shifts at hotel receptions, and dealing with guests who were friendly – and sometimes demanding. Today, Markus Endres still leads the company, but he is no longer doing it alone. A strong team across Germany and Austria continuously improves processes, thinks ahead and keeps wilkon ready for the future. Why are we telling you this? Because this is who we are. We work with commitment, experience and the determination to keep improving. We don’t just provide staff. We are a trusted partner who understands our customers’ challenges and knows how to make their day-to-day operations easier.
